In the first 10 days I lost approx 11cm’s from my hips/waist alone (1 jean size) and 1.2kg.
The best part is in 30 days, I was feeling back to my old self emotionally, and back on top of things.
I felt that burst of energy again and in total I lost 2 jean sizes & 1.6kg. I feel happy about my shape again,
